They use separate utensils, toasters, and fryers for gluten free orders, and they mark them with a green sticker. They also train their staff on how to handle gluten free requests and inform customers about the ingredients and allergens in their menu items. The food is more expensive than Smashburger. MooYah is not the cheapest burger place around, especially if you order gluten free.
