iPhone Home page
Eight Years Later

Over the weekend, I discovered a screenshot of my iPhone 5s homepage from nine years ago. As a comparison, I put it side by side with my current iPhone XS Max.
Some Things I Learned
- On my iPhone XS Max, the only apps I do not use anymore are the GorillacamPro, CardStar, and Camera+ apps.
- Joby appears to have abandoned GorillaCamPro, which was an awesome application. This app is still on my iPhone XS Max, but I am unable to use it as Apple tells me that it needs to be updated.
- The CardStar app kept track of all those store membership cards. I now use Stocard.
- In order to replace Camera+, another application has been developed with a similar name: Camera+. Compared to ProCam or Apple's Camera app, Camera+ doesn't really add much value to me. My home screen no longer needs to contain this app since I don't use it much anymore.
- My iPhone 5s' MBTA app linked to my own MBTA page, which made it easy to figure out when the next train would leave Framingham or Back Bay.
- My homepage does not include Facebook or Twitter because I have moved away from social media. Although I still use them, I don't use them as much as I used to.
